  • Do You Offer A Customisation Service?

  • Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?
    For clubs, academies and retailers looking to buy in bulk from us then we can offer discounts on larger orders. Please contact us and we would be happy to discuss pricing for your orders. For our footballs we do offer a pack of 10 balls which can be found on our shopping page. These are ideal for clubs looking to purchase equipment for training and match days. If you want to discuss bulk pricing further please reach out to ethan@nauzersport.co.uk or via our social channels.
  • How Do I Return An Order?
    We have a 30 day returns policy so all products can be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note for standard returns, the return costs will need to be arranged and covered by the customer. For more information about this please visit our Returns Page.
  • How Long Does My Order Take To Dispatch?
    We strive to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. However, please allow us 1-2 days to dispatch orders and get them dropped off at the local Royal Mail depot. Once dispatched you will get a tracking reference via email or text from Royal Mail.
  • Can I Collect My Order?
    For local football clubs and individuals who have purchased products with us then we may be able offer collections subject to staff availability on a particular day. Collections are strictly on an appointment basis only. Our office and store facilities are in separate locations so we require customers to contact us first before coming to our office.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
